How to import, export and share export settings templates

During export, you can define export settings such as colors, logo, header/footer, etc. Sometimes you would want to save these settings for the future, make a backup of them or share them with your coworkers so their exports look the same.

Folge allows you to export/import settings as flgst files.

Exporting a template

Go to the export screen and choose your format. When you hover over any template in the list, you will see action icons appear. Click the export icon to save the template as a .flgst file.

Importing a template

To import a template, click the import button (↓) in the top-right corner of the Templates header.

You will be prompted to select a .flgst file from your computer. The imported template will appear in your templates list.

Other template actions

When hovering over a template you also have quick access to:

• Rename — change the template name
• Duplicate — create a copy of the template
• Delete — remove the template (available when you have more than one)

All these actions are also available via right-click on any template.

WARNING

Export settings templates can only be exported or imported per format. Meaning PDF templates can't be used for DOC and vice versa.
